Morel Mushrooms

The Morel Mushroom (morchella spp.) commonly known as morel, Morel, semi-morel, real morel, sponge mushrooms or sponge morel are fungi. This is a type of fungus, belonging to the family morchellaceae, edible fungus.

It is especially found in North America, Europe, Central America and Asian countries. The morel mushroom closely resemble small cups. It is collected every spring because of its delicious taste. This type of fungus is especially preferred by gourmet chefs.
